Honda TRX90 and TRX90X ATV Widening Kit

Stock brake lines should be long enough to install the +6.0″ kit if you disconnect the intermediate brake line support on the a-arms to provide more slack in the lines. 

Diamond J Customs does sell brake lines if you would prefer to use extended-length stainless steel braided brake lines with your widening kit.

This kit, comes complete with hardware shown and detailed, full color mounting instructions are available on our website to download.

This kit includes all of the front widening components to be able to use the stock a-arms and shocks that came with your TRX90 and move the pivot locations out 2-3/4 inches per side. Nothing is needed other than the components in this kit

All kits come powder coated gloss black. Color choice is not available, but other colors can be painted or powder coated by the customer over the gloss black finish. Kit components go through a seven stage chemical dip cleaning process, electro-statically dipped in black primer, baked, then powder coated and baked again to a super high-strength gloss-black finish.
