BECAUSE THE 2006 MODELS OF TRX90’s HAVE NEW FRONT FENDERS THAT ARE MUCH LOWER AND CLOSER TO THE FRAME, THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK ON 2006 & LATER MODELS UNLESS YOU WANT TO CUT HOLES IN THE FENDERS FOR THE TOPS OF THE SHOCKS TO STICK OUT. There just isn’t room under the new fenders to fit the 300ex shocks for this kit. You can use the widening kit that uses the stock shocks and a-arms (Available in ‘Front Widening Kits’ under ‘ATV Suspension Kits’ tab). We recommend that you purchase our TRX90 to 300EX Dual A-arm Conversion Kit that is also available in ‘Youth Quad Dual A-Arm Conversion Kits’ under ‘ATV Suspension Kits’ tab. The dual a-arm kit will work with the newest TRX90’s, with only a slight modification to the fender support brackets.
This kit includes all of the front widening components to be able to use the stock a-arms that came with your TRX90 and move the pivot locations out 2-3/4 inches per side. The shock conversion kit to relocate the top shock mounts is also included to make this a complete package (all that is needed is the longer shocks to convert to a much improved suspension system).
The kit will allow you to mount 250EX or 300EX shocks (stock or aftermarket) on your TRX90. You can also use stock or aftermarket shocks from a Yamaha Blaster and many other ATV’s with shocks between 9 and 14 inches in length with 3/8” diameter (10mm) mounting holes.

We also sell Custom Aluminum Rear Wheel Spacers in our other ebay ads!!! Check them out, they are unlike any other spacers on the market!!! When combined with our rear wheel adapters for the TRX90, you can use those aluminum wheel spacers to widen the quad and convert to 110mm bolt patterns to accept 400ex and other popular wheels.
We have sold thousands of these kits, and they ARE designed and used for the harsh conditions of motocross and GNCC racing. They have been designed to make them as easy to assemble and strong as possible for the demanding conditions they need to survive. The unique design of the mount brackets allows the kit to bolt up to the ATV without removing any of the stock components, including the supports for the front fenders.

All kits come powder coated gloss black. Color choice is not available, but other colors can be painted or powder coated by the customer over the gloss black finish. Kit components go through a seven stage chemical dip cleaning process, electro-statically dipped in black primer, baked, then powder coated and baked again to a super high-strength gloss-black finish.
