The bolt pattern on these spacers is 4 bolts with the centers of each bolt on a 110mm diameter circle, and is used on all of the models listed at the bottom of this page. Measure the center to center distance across opposite studs on your rear wheels to determine if these will fit. 110mm is just under 4 3/8 inches.
